Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter- room temperature
2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp heavy cream or milk

Instructions:
1. Toast and chop macadamia nuts.
2. Place the milk/cream, sugar, honey and butter in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
3. Stir constently untile you see bubbles in the mixture. Torn off the heat.
4. Add flour, vanilla and the nuts to the hot mixture and mix well.
5. Make small blobs by using 2 spoons. Place them far apart. From a tiny blob you will get a big and thin cookie.
6. Bake for about 8 min. in a preheated oven for 350F (175C).
7. Cool before peeling the cokies from a baking sheet.
